At last you got a positive pregnancy test! It is something which had become difficult for some of us. But it actually is just the start of the journey. The whole long 42 weeks are still waiting ahead. Most of pregnant women are eager what will be going on with the baby in these 42 weeks of pregnancy.
No doubt hundreds of books are available helping you on this topic. But here I'll be giving you a quick review of the baby's development in the 42 weeks.
Week 1 Have not yet got pregnant, but better spend a healthier lifestyle, for a healthy child.
Week 2 If the ovulation has already taken place you have got pregnant by now.
Week 3 The minute zygote is trying to embed itself in the endometrial lining as a result implantation bleeding may occur.
Week 4 A urine test perform now will confirm the pregnancy.
Week 5 Your sweat heart's heartbeat has started off.
Week 6 Baby's heart is now trying to bulge out of the chest.

Week 13 Baby's intestinal tract and the buds of teeth are forming now.
Week 14 Baby will pass his first urine in the amniotic fluid.
Week 15 Baby may start to suck his thumb.
Week 16 The coordination is coming in the limb movement.
Week17 The external ears are developing now.
Week 18 Now the pads of the fingers are forming.
Week 19 Hair is growing all over his body.
Week 20 Now on ultrasound you can have a good image of your baby.
Week 21 Your baby may go to the head down position.
Week 22 Whatever it is either he or she, the baby will get fine and attractive eyebrows.
Week 23 The baby's body is manufacturing its first stool.

Week 36 The baby is almost ready to enter the world.
Week 37 The baby has started practicing the breathing exercises.
Week 38 The baby is now trying to stay calm in the little home.
Week 39 Now the immune system is slowly developing.
Week 40 The time has arrived. This is the most uneasy time of pregnancy.
Week 41 Just do it - give a smile and bear it.
Week 42 Congrats! You are now a mother.
